Looks this world is totally going down the drain. Not only are censorship and the cutting of civil rights going up in the stockmarket, the EU charta they are recently making has a nice addendum to their "no death penalty " clause, which turns the whole thing around into the exact opposite: You are allowed to use lethal force against riots and in cases of war , without judge or jury
great isn't it?

And nobody even decides what's "war times" or "riots". Hey look, our German soldiers are in afghanistan, isn't that war? Let's shoot all those pesky demonstrants yelling about our federal trojan programs !
It's not against the constitution or anything! They are clearly rioting, look that one threw a rock.

Well, it's not through yet - the irish are still not accepting it, but not because of this I think, and people have started to sue at the German Constitutional Court. We'll see how THAT'LL work.

Seems the only country in the world that is not moving the slippery slope down to Tyranny and Terror-Regime is China, which is actually coming up from there. Woop-di-doo.
