It's a tadpole.

I like to draw young frog ladies, and then I thought, wait, young frogs should be tadpoles! So I tried to draw an anthro-tadpole.
She turned out adorable, even though it's pretty strange.
Don't worry, she'll grow arms eventually. But she's proud she already has vocal sacs and can croak and ribbit~
